VENDOR APPLICATION

2018 SMOKEY HAYES BBQ COMPETITION               

                          As a condition of participation in SMOKEY HAYES BBQ COMPETITION, the undersigned agrees to the following;


1. This event shall take place at the following location: Laughlin River Lodge, 2700 S Casino Dr, Laughlin, NV 89029


 2. Vendors confirmations will be sent out via e-mail, Smokey Hayes BBQ and the Laughlin River Lodge take no responsibility for vendors not receiving confirmations due to e-mail problems and does not make refunds.

                                                                                                  

3. This event is based on a first come basis. Smokey Hayes BBQ and the Laughlin River Lodge reserve the final right of refusal to any and all vendors. Vendor applications will only be considered if completed in full. Fees are based solely on booth size. Fees are to be paid in full prior to February 10th 2018 and are non refundable. Until fees are fully paid your spot is not guaranteed. Any applications accepted after application deadline will be on a cash only basis, and will include an additional $25.00 late entry fee.

 

4. There is no “Rain Delay” schedule for this event, and if required the event may be canceled in whole or in part by Smokey Hayes BBQ or the Laughlin River Lodge without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, vendors shall be refunded their booth fees no later than March 15th, 2017. In the event of partial cancellation, there shall be no refund. “Cancellation” shall mean that a vendor has no opportunity to make any sales due to the Smokey Hayes BBQ or the Laughlin River Lodge actions, not weather conditions. Smokey Hayes BBQ and the Laughlin River Lodge does not guarantee any particular number of attendees or exhibitors during this event

.

5.  No Items May Be Sold or Distributed in Any Other Areas Other Than Your Assigned Space. Vendors may sell only those items submitted and approved on original list. Vendors may start set up at 10:00 am March 2nd or set up at 5:00 am till 8:00 am March 3rd NEVADA TIME. IF YOU PURCHASED A LARGE SPACE AND HAVE A TRAILER, YOU NEED TO LOAD IN ON FRIDAY THE 2nd!!! All vendors must remain set-up for business until at least 5:00 p.m. on Saturday March 3rd, 2018. All Vendors must vacate the event premises no later than 12:00pm on Sunday March 4th, 2018. Please make arrangements with hotel if a later departure time is needed.

6. Deadline,

     Applications and payment MUST be “Received” by February 10th 2018.
